Space Rental

The Heritage Boardroom is available for use as a meeting space by not-for-profit community organizations or groups during the Library's Operating Hours. After-hours bookings may be arranged ONLY with consent of the Library Director and ONLY with a minimum of 30 days advanced notice.

The fee for After-Hours facility booking is $30.00 per hour to offset the cost of Library staff during the event or activity to ensure compliance with insurance and in accordance with policies.

The Heritage Room can be set up in a number of ways to accommodate groups of different sizes: Room Configurations.
